Garage Conversion & Entrance Extension

Conversion of the existing single garage alongside a new front extension to create a spacious entrance vestibule and an additional living space within the home.

The project included all structural and internal works, new windows and entrance door, flooring, internal oak doors, heating and part decoration. With the exterior carefully finished to complement the existing property, adding brick details to match. We also installed a dedicated home EV charging point, adding another practical upgrade for modern living.

The result is a bright, welcoming entrance and valuable additional living space. Completely transforming bother the appearance and practicality of the home.
