Renovation of an old extension

Working with AK Architecture we renovated an old under insulated 80's extension to open up and create a large open family living, dining kitchen which leads to a handy utility room.
We upgraded the insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling, supplied and installed a new larger kitchen window and French Doors as well as replacing the upstairs windows and replaced 3 outdated veulx windows for larger triple glazed units to allow more light and help retain the heat.
We also installed a wet underfloor heating system in the dining/kitchen area which altogether transformed the space leaving the perfect cosy family living area.
We installed a kitchen designed by the customer with Ikea Aberdeen.
