Thoughtfully Designed Extension to Create New Utility & Boot Room

A small extension made a big difference to this home, allowing us to create a separate utility room and spacious new boot room with storage tailored to the customers needs.

The new utility was fitted with shaker style cabinetry, worktops and splashbacks, a new sink and integrated space for a very handy stacked tumble dryer and washing machine, accessed through a pocket door - making excellent use of a relatively compact room.

Within the new boot room, bespoke fitted storage provides a combination of seating, coat hooks, cupboards, drawers and open plan shelving, giving everything its own place while keeping the entrance uncluttered.

Finished with new Laminate flooring, lighting and decoration throughout, the completed extension feels like a natural part of the original home while adding valuable, practical space for everyday living.
